Seller / merchant terms

Last updated: 18 April 2026

These draft terms apply to users who create listings, receive orders, or receive payouts through Munchly. They are additional to the general Terms of Service and must be reviewed with counsel alongside your Stripe Connect agreement.

1. Independent seller

You act as an independent seller. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Munchly.

2. Stripe Connect

Payouts and payment processing may be provided through Stripe Connect (including Express accounts). You must complete Stripe onboarding accurately, keep payout details current, and comply with Stripe's terms and acceptable use policies. Munchly may withhold or offset payouts where required to cover chargebacks, refunds, or platform fees described in your seller settings or dashboard.

3. Listings and food safety

You are responsible for the accuracy of listings (including ingredients, allergens, pricing, availability, and pickup instructions). You represent that you will comply with applicable Singapore laws and licences for home-based or small-scale food sale where they apply to your operations.

4. Preorders and pickup

Where you offer preorders, you must honour the pickup windows you publish or promptly communicate changes to buyers through the channels Munchly provides.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and remitting applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) on your sales. Munchly does not provide tax advice.

6. Suspension and delisting

Munchly may remove listings or suspend seller accounts that create safety, legal, or reputational risk, or that violate platform policies after appropriate notice where required by law.
