1. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Munchly a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, modify for formatting, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service.
2. Prohibited content
You may not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content unrelated to legitimate listings. You may not upload malware or attempt to scrape or overload systems.
3. Reviews
Reviews should be honest and based on your experience. Munchly may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, off-topic, or contain personal data about third parties.
4. Moderation
Munchly may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and comply with law. Procedures for appeals will be described in the final policy where required.
